A California-transplant from Texas, Timothy currently focuses his practice on civil litigation and employment matters.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Timothy then went on to earn his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall).
