Travel NORTH on Highway 1 and merge onto 135 North. The 135 will become South Broadway. Turn WEST (LEFT) onto McCoy and take your first LEFT onto Professional Parkway. Travel NORTH on Highway 101, exit on Santa Maria Way and proceed NORTH approximately 3 miles to South Broadway. Turn NORTH (RIGHT) onto South Broadway for approximately one block. You will see our building on your left. Turn WEST onto McCoy and take your first LEFT onto Professional Parkway. Travel to the end of Professional Parkway and take the last driveway on your LEFT. Travel SOUTH on Highway 101, exit Betteravia Road in Santa Maria heading WEST (RIGHT). Turn SOUTH (LEFT) onto South Broadway for approximately one block.
